UPSI HERITAGE TRAIL ADVENTURES: A JOURNEY THROUGH TIME
Embark on a fascinating exploration of Tanjong Malim’s rich history with UPSI’s Heritage Trail,
featuring historic buildings and monuments from the British colonial era, the Japanese occupation,
and the Malayan Emergency. This unique adventure includes guided tours of key heritage sites,
offering an engaging and informal learning experience. Participants will discover UPSI's long-standing
history, including its role in education since 1922, while exploring over 23 historical landmarks on
campus.
ACTIVITIES
- Guided Tours: Explore the National Education Museum, which hosts 21 gallery exhibitions
showcasing the evolution of education from 1922 to the present day, Za’ba House, and the UPSI Art
Gallery, featuring exhibitions of traditional and modern artworks. - Heritage Trail : Visit 23 significant heritage sites on the UPSI campus, rich with over 100 years of
history. - Buggy Ride : Enjoy a leisurely ride around the campus, taking in the sights and stories of UPSI’s
most historic landmarks. - Treasure Hunt @ The Museum : Engage in a fun, interactive treasure hunt at the National
Education Museum. - Souvenir Making Workshop : Create a personalized epoxy keychain as a memento of your journey.
