This hall was inaugurated on 3 October 1964 by Datuk Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Talib, the third Malaysian Minister of Education. In addition to being used for school activities, this hall is also rented out to associations and communities around Tanjong Malim. The hall has hosted various events over the decades, including public performances by iconic figures such as P. Ramlee and Saloma. Today, it remains a key venue for UPSI&#8217;s educational and community engagements. It also forms part of UPSI\u2019s &#8220;Laluan Warisan Sejarah,&#8221; a heritage trail showcasing the rich history of the institution and its significant landmarks.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce6158d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ce6158d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;content_width&quot;:&quot;boxed&quot;}\" data-core-v316-plus=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89ec91d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"89ec91d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dewan Rahman Talib pernah menjadi dewan Sekolah Datuk Abdul Razak (SDAR) yang nama dan struktur bangunannya kekal seperti asal. Dewan ini telah dirasmikan pada 3 Oktober 1964 oleh Datuk Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Talib, Menteri Pendidikan Malaysia yang ketiga. Selain digunakan untuk aktiviti sekolah, dewan ini juga disewakan kepada persatuan dan masyarakat sekitar Tanjong Malim. Dewan itu telah menganjurkan pelbagai acara selama beberapa dekad, termasuk persembahan awam oleh tokoh ikonik seperti P. Ramlee dan Saloma. Hari ini, ia kekal sebagai tempat utama untuk penglibatan pendidikan dan komuniti UPSI.
