Now, this park has been given a new name, Batik Lawn. This name change occurred when Advanced 3D students under the guidance of Prof. Zulkifli Yusuf did the task of making &#8220;Batik 3D&#8221; by using mosaics to produce unique shapes with batik motifs. This Batik Lawn was inaugurated by Professor Dato&#8217; Dr. Aminah Ayob, the fourth UPSI Vice Chancellor on November 2, 2010. The Astakona Park is now included in the \u201cUniversiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) Historical Heritage Route&#8221;.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e3fc8e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4e3fc8e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;content_width&quot;:&quot;boxed&quot;}\" data-core-v316-plus=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33dd097 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"33dd097\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pada masa dahulu taman ini dikenali sebagai Taman Astakona iaitu sebuah taman rekreasi yang sungguh indah dan meninggalkan banyak kenangan manis buat pelajar-pelajar era MPSI dan IPSI. Kini, taman ini telah diberi nama baharu iaitu Laman Batik. Pertukaran nama ini berlaku apabila pelajar Advanced 3D di bawah bimbingan Prof Zulkifli Yusuf melakukan tugasan membuat \u201cBatik 3D\u201d dengan menggunakan mozek untuk menghasilkan bentuk unik dengan motif batik. Laman Batik ini telah dirasmikan oleh Profesor Dato&#8217; Dr. Aminah Ayob, Naib Canselor UPSI keempat pada 2 November 2010. Taman Astakona kini termasuk dalam \u201cLaluan Warisan Sejarah Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI)&#8221;.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
