Kandungan program menggabungkan tiga elemen utama iaitu kursus bahasa, eksplorasi budaya tempatan dan aktiviti luar. Kursus bahasa yang ditawarkan merangkumi bahasa Melayu dan bahasa Inggeris. Kursus ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kefasihan dan kecekapan peserta dalam bahasa tersebut, melalui kelas interaktif, modul bertingkat, dan penggunaan teknologi pendidikan, yang membantu mereka berkomunikasi dengan lebih baik dengan masyarakat tempatan dan bersedia untuk peluang masa depan. Program eksplorasi budaya tempatan direka khas untuk membantu pelajar dari luar negara memahami dan menghargai warisan budaya yang kaya dan berwarna-warni di Malaysia. Aktiviti-aktiviti disediakan bertujuan untuk membawa pelajar lebih dekat dengan tradisi masyarakat tempatan serta memberi peluang untuk berinteraksi dengan komuniti setempat. Aktiviti luar pula bertujuan meningkatkan kemahiran sosial dan kesihatan fizikal serta membina kemahiran kepimpinan, kerjasama, dan gaya hidup sihat peserta.
