teaching-learning and research activities.<\/p><h3><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/h3><p>The objectives of the library are to:<\/p><ol><li>Identify, collect, store, manage and make available relevant, quality and up-to-date sources of information to support university&#8217;s programs;<\/li><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive collection in the field of education in line with the library&#8217;s mission;<\/li><li>Provide various information and communication technology facilities in step with current advances and user needs;<\/li><li>Assist and enhance library skills among library users in searching, accessing and acquiring accurate information;<\/li><li>Generate competent human resource in every area of knowledge and related activities.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" user-friendly services in line with university\u2019s academic objective. This is achieved through a continuous quality assurance process which takes into consideration the needs of all library clients and general community.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2573\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Client Charter<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2573\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2573\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>We promise to ensure that:<\/p><ol><li>Feedback to the Complainant must be made within one (1) working day to inform that their complaints have been noted and will be resolved.<\/li><li>Library materials will be processed, catalogued and made available for clients\u2019 reference within one (1) month.<\/li><li>Articles requested through reference and consultation services will be delivered to clients within three (3) working days for the first ten (10) articles.<\/li><li>Access to the library portal is provided 24\/7 to clients.<\/li><li>Response
