<strong>Interlibrary Loan (ILL)<\/strong> for books, and Document Delivery Service for journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers.<\/p>\n          <h2 id=\"eligibility\">Eligibility &#038; Scope<\/h2>\n          <p>This service is available to the following UPSI community members:<\/p>\n          <ul>\n            <li>Academic staff<\/li>\n            <li>Administrative staff<\/li>\n            <li>All UPSI students (undergraduate and postgraduate)<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n          <p>The service covers materials not held by the Tuanku Bainun Library, including books (via ILL), journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers (via DDS).<\/p>\n          <h2 id=\"how-to\">How to Apply<\/h2>\n                <h4>Login to Library Portal<\/h4>\n                <p>Access the library portal at <strong>pustaka.upsi.edu.my<\/strong> and log in with your UPSI credentials.<\/p>\n                <h4>Navigate to My ILL<\/h4>\n                <p>Go to <strong>My ILL<\/strong> section from the dashboard menu.<\/p>\n                <h4>Make a Request<\/h4>\n                <p>Click <strong>Make a request<\/strong> and fill in the required details of the material you need.<\/p>\n                <h4>Wait for Processing<\/h4>\n                <p>Your request will be processed and you will be notified once the material is available for collection or has been delivered digitally.<\/p>\n          <h2 id=\"terms\">Terms &#038; Conditions<\/h2>\n          <ul>\n            <li>This service is provided <strong>free of charge<\/strong> to all eligible UPSI members.<\/li>\n            <li>Loan periods depend on the <strong>provider library<\/strong>.<\/li>\n            <li>Loan renewal requests can be made via email to <a href=\"mailto:spp.pustaka@upsi.edu.my\">spp.pustaka@upsi.edu.my<\/a> before the loan expiration date, if permitted by the provider library.<\/li>\n            <li>Applicants are responsible for paying any <strong>fines or fees<\/strong> for late returns, loss, or damage to borrowed materials.<\/li>\n            <li>All applications must comply with <strong>Malaysian copyright laws<\/strong>
