Overview
The Document Delivery Service allows UPSI members to borrow materials that are not available in the Tuanku Bainun Library through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) for books, and Document Delivery Service for journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers.
Eligibility & Scope
This service is available to the following UPSI community members:
- Academic staff
- Administrative staff
- All UPSI students (undergraduate and postgraduate)
The service covers materials not held by the Tuanku Bainun Library, including books (via ILL), journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers (via DDS).
How to Apply
Login to Library Portal
Access the library portal at pustaka.upsi.edu.my and log in with your UPSI credentials.
Navigate to My ILL
Go to My ILL section from the dashboard menu.
Make a Request
Click Make a request and fill in the required details of the material you need.
Wait for Processing
Your request will be processed and you will be notified once the material is available for collection or has been delivered digitally.
Terms & Conditions
- This service is provided free of charge to all eligible UPSI members.
- Loan periods depend on the provider library.
- Loan renewal requests can be made via email to spp.pustaka@upsi.edu.my before the loan expiration date, if permitted by the provider library.
- Applicants are responsible for paying any fines or fees for late returns, loss, or damage to borrowed materials.
- All applications must comply with Malaysian copyright laws (Copyright Act 1987, Act 332).
